St. George Preschool & Childcare Closed Temporarily due to the Corona Virus situation.
On Thursday 3/19, in consultation with staff and parents we decided to close - not because of any infection within our center but because of we believe it is the right thing to do for our children, familes and staff in helping prevent the spread of the virus.
With the closing of K-12 schools and many businesses we found that many of our parents had chosen to keep their infants, toddlers and preschoolers at home. We found this to be the case with other child care providers as well. Our local market has prioritized keeping children at home at this time. We feel that this is a prudent decision for all while at the same time we realize that some families may have no alternative.
